Director of Business & Housing Development

Manages the City of Rochester's Bureau of Business and Housing Development, overseeing housing, property, and neighborhood development programs and initiatives. Directs division managers on the acquisition, management, and disposition of properties and on housing-program administration; negotiates contracts for professional services and determines levels of financial assistance for private development. Also prepares the Bureau's budget and participates in the City's Consolidated Plan for federal housing and community-development resources. Salary $102,866-$135,632 annually; City residency required within one year of hire.
