General Planner (Provisional) (Strategic Planning)

Supports Senior and Principal Planners in the City of Buffalo's Office of Strategic Planning by reviewing basic planning studies and development/redevelopment projects and helping produce land-use and site development/redevelopment plans. Duties include preparing maps and maintaining GIS data, drafting technical reports and site plans, and presenting plan recommendations to senior staff. Entry-level planning position with no supervisory responsibility, reporting through the Deputy Mayor's office. Salary $47,933-$53,749 annually.
