Director of Real Estate

This role provides leadership and management of the Boston Planning & Development Agency's real estate portfolio of 13 million square feet of land, including properties such as the Charlestown Navy Yard and the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, reporting to the Chief of Staff. The Director oversees five teams: Commercial Leasing, Disposition and Strategy, Operations and Administration, Capital Construction, and Coastal Resilience Delivery. The role is based at Boston City Hall with a salary of $160,000 annually.
