Processes publicly and privately funded grant and residential mortgage loan closings for the Center for New York City Neighborhoods' Sustainable Neighborhoods lending program, tracking the closing pipeline and ensuring closing documents meet compliance and QC standards. Also supports homeowners with foreclosure prevention, scam prevention, and disaster recovery/resiliency issues. Full-time, exempt position paying $70,000-$81,000, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least two days per week on site.
