Serves as operational leader of underwriting for the Center for New York City Neighborhoods' Sustainable Neighborhoods lending programs, overseeing loan originators, processors, and underwriters from application through credit decision. Responsible for keeping the underwriting process efficient and aligned with the organization's credit philosophy and risk-management objectives. Reports to the Director of Lending Program Operations; salary range $80,769-$115,000.
