Director of Credit

This role leads the credit approval and oversight process for BlueHub Capital's lending programs, reporting to the Chief Credit Officer and managing loan approvals from Credit Committee review through issuance of approval notification letters. Responsibilities include coordinating Credit Committee operations, reviewing and signing off on credit memo and loan term sheet revisions, and supporting credit policy development and staff training. The role follows a hybrid schedule of three days in the Boston-area office (Tuesday-Thursday) and two remote days (Monday and Friday), with out-of-state candidates considered case-by-case.
