The Real Estate Project Manager supports affordable senior housing development projects under the Director of Real Estate, coordinating project management activities across one or more developments. Responsibilities include assisting with acquisitions, zoning, and permitting, managing community relations, and helping prepare and manage complex development proformas and funding applications. The role involves collaboration with 2Life's Finance, Facilities, Property Management, Compliance, and Resident Services teams as well as external consultants and board members.
